NFL players, coaches react to Browns’ new regime

The Browns are a lot like any other NFL team.

You play football for fun.

And that fun has always been about the players.

They love it, they enjoy it.

But it is also about the coaching staff.

When it comes to making sure players get a chance to play, that is where the Browns have always stood out.

This season, things got a lot more interesting.

The Browns had a new coach, a new quarterback, and new offensive coordinator, Mike Pettine.

And the team got a new, better offensive coordinator.

They hired a new wide receiver coach.

They re-signed offensive tackle Austin Pasztor.

They signed running back Josh McCown.

The roster was re-jiggered.

And with the addition of veteran coach Hue Jackson, the Browns finally seem to be getting back on track.

But with the return of Pettine and a new offensive line, it’s time to get back to basics.

Here are some things we learned about the Browns, Pettine, and the new coaching staff from Pettine’s first week in Cleveland.

1.

Pettine won’t be coaching forever.

Pettines first season with the Browns was a rollercoaster of success.

He had the best year of his career, and then things went wrong.

The coaching staff was in disarray and the Browns were losing.

Pett, who was hired in January, was fired the next day, and he never was able to get his team back to the playoffs.

Pett said he wasn’t a big fan of his first year in charge, and was disappointed in the players who weren’t able to put up big numbers.

He was fired for failing to build a winning culture.

It was a tough time for Pettine in Cleveland, but he was able get things back on the right track with Jackson.

He is a former quarterback who had a great deal of success with the Buffalo Bills, so it was a no-brainer for Pettines predecessor to take the reigns and start over.

Pett was also an offensive line coach under Joe Philbin, and while he did not always work well together, Pett is known for his ability to coach.

Pett has a history of being a successful head coach.

His team won four consecutive playoff games from 2012 to 2016.

Pett also led the Bills to the AFC championship game in 2015 and was a Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots in 2018.

Pett’s team won the 2017 Super Bowl, and his first season was even better.

Pett had an opportunity to get out of the AFC East and into the playoffs with his new offensive system, but the Bills got too much help from the Seattle Seahawks and Jacksonville Jaguars, and that hurt.

Pett went to Indianapolis for a third time last season, and got a much different starting lineup.

That meant the Bills had to start the season without their best offensive lineman.

This year, they got their first look at the new offensive front and were able to replace their best linemen with new players.

The Bills offensive line struggled, and Pett went 1-7 with a 5-10 record.

Pett started the season with a 6-10 team, and with an offense that wasn’t clicking, he was fired.

He has been with the Raiders since, and now is a head coach in a new coaching world.

Pett played quarterback for the Raiders for three years and has never played the position.

Pett spent time with the Seahawks, Cardinals, and Bills before coming to the Browns.

He also has been a member of the Cleveland Browns since 2015.

He’s worked under the likes of Mike Pettini, Kevin Colbert, and Brian Billick.

2.

Pett is a good coach who doesn’t get enough credit.

There was a lot of talk about the fact that Pett was a bad coach last year, and not just for himself.

He got fired after losing his first game in the NFL.

He made a mistake when he decided to take a new job in Indianapolis.

That could have been a lot worse for him.

Pett never has the reputation of being the kind of coach who coaches to lose.

Pett may not be as known for coaching to win as he once was, but that is not a bad thing.

He didn’t win a lot this year.

He only went 3-3 in games that went into overtime, which is not bad for a team that has played many more than its season record.

But he did manage to finish 3-8 with a 3-14 record when he had a 0-10 start.

His first loss was to the Indianapolis Colts, and after that he had four wins.

Pett finished 2-9 with a 4-14 mark.

He lost a tie game to the New York Jets.

He finished 4-10 with a 7-9 record.

He played in just three games last season.

Pett averaged just over 20 points per game last year.

His offensive line was not good enough to play well enough for the Bills offense.

Pett doesn’t need a great offensive line to succeed.

He just needs good talent around
